Our Restaurant Manager position provides a great perspective on leading a sales-driven entertainment venue. THE LOT is an innovative lifestyle entertainment experience that offers in-seat cinema dining and up-scale restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will help to coach and develop our Team, run a shift and DESIGN the ultimate experience for our guests.
Ensuring that Team Members satisfy all THE LOT's guest service standards
Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
Ensuring proper staffing in each venue
Assisting with training, coaching and mentoring Team Members
Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate
Listening, communicating, and working to tend to guests’ needs
All other functions as designated by Manager
Work as a team, assisting with all Guest and Team Member needs
Working knowledge of all FOH Team Member functions
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management
Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to inspire associates and to create a culture of accountability
Commitment to exceptional guest service
Effective communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
Our Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in accomplishing performance objectives to drive profitability and sales, guest satisfaction, brand standards, and most importantly to deliver results that contribute to our mission and overall success.
Pragmatic leader with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and team member satisfaction, financial performance and sales and revenue generation.
Managing all training initiatives, communications and team member certification. Liaison between certified trainers and training managers.
Controlling labor and other costs.
Removing obstacles to success and ensuring appropriate resources are available to achieve business results.
Ensuring brand standards are met with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations; communicating follow-up actions to the team as necessary.
Coaching Managers and Team Leads, and encouraging each Team Members’ career/performance objectives are met.
Creating an environment in which all associates can reach their full potential, resulting in positive morale and a fun culture to work in.
Ensuring that all team member and business decisions are in line with THE LOT’s mission.
